How EDGE East Side Grew Trees 142 Meters Above Berlin

The higher you look up in the city, the less green it gets. We wanted to reverse that.

At EDGE East Side in Berlin, an Alder and a Birch now grow 142 meters up on our rooftop terrace. Planted in Jungle Blocks® by The Urban Jungle Project, modular, lightweight units engineered to carry full-grown trees at height.
