Building a zero carbon world

The road to
carbon zero

CHALLENGES WE AIM TO SOLVE

Following the Paris Agreement, many organizations are facing challenges in the transition to a zero carbon world. With our built environment causing 39% of CO2 emissions, it is clear that buildings need to offer drastic sustainable solutions.

potential

CHALLENGES WE AIM TO SOLVE

85% of workers are not engaged. Today’s workforce is looking for real engagement, opportunities in personal development and inspiration. The same workforce spends nearly 90% of their lifetimes indoors, meaning that the solution is found right under their roofs.

The world needs better buildings

Our approach

We develop our buildings holistically, leaving the necessary room for creativity and innovation. Our approach is based on four pillars - wellbeing, sustainability, design and technology, which are fully embraced in our building development blueprint that ensures the exceptional quality of our products.

  • wellbeing

We don’t just avoid sickleave, we create spaces in which people thrive.

  • design

We believe that life comes first, not last, in buildings.

  • sustainability

We go beyond sustainability labels, zeroing in on energy and material waste.

  • technology

We lead the digital transformation of real estate, to create unparalleled services.

Timeline

Our journey so far
