After delivering EDGE East Side Berlin, it was a natural step to move there, allowing us to demonstrate the quality of our products to all visitors.

Proud to have have successfully delivered The Pulse of Amsterdam, a 58,000 square-meter development in the heart of the Zuidas. It presents itself as the symbol of modern mixed-use developments.

This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for us as we continue to advance our growth and sustainability goals. Aligning with our 'brown-to-green' strategy, we plan to transform Cross Towers into an energy-efficient property.

The new office of dsm-firmenich's dual HQ in Maastricht was inaugurated by Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, in the presence of dsm-firmenich employees, national and local dignitaries, and design and construction partners.

In December 2023, our teams completed the development of EDGE East Side. The tallest office building in Berlin. Edge moved into the 35th floor, while Amazon will occupy the rest of the building.

Our Valley project in Amsterdam, designed by MVRDV, won the 2021 Emporis Skyscraper Award. Valley was selected as the best new skyscraper worldwide from more than 600 contenders over 100 metres tall.

We committed to reduce our carbon emissions to Net Zero by 2050. This is a pledge to challenge ourselves even further and lead by example into a better future.

In February 2022, MAM acquired a significant minority stake in our business, becoming our trusted equity partner.

As a global hub, London was a natural choice for Edge’s next location to establish an office and to expand and share our vision of a more sustainable built future.

Now rebranded Next Sense. In 2020, we launched a platform that gathers data to enhance our experience and ease our lives. It analyses information from sensors and other different sources in order to optimise overall performance, offering our smart technology to any office building across the globe.

EDGE Olympic, our headquarter, is the first Dutch building to be certified WELL Core & Shell Platinum. The Edge Headquarters, located on the forth floor of EDGE Olympic, has been awarded WELL V2 Platinum as the world’s first project.

We develop the greenest office building in Germany, awarded with DGNB Platinum — the highest possible sustainability certificate in the German market.

This is where we gained worldwide recognition. We develop The Edge which is officially announced as, and wins awards for, being the most sustainable, smartest office building in the entire world.

Award-winning building amazes. We build the first building ever to use river water for cooling and heating. At the time, it’s the highest building in the Netherlands and a breakthrough for our company.

We realise that leaving a zero carbon footprint no longer cuts it, setting new goals to effectively solve climate problems. Sustainability became unquestionable in our minds, and also becomes embedded into all of our buildings.

The world saw its first energy neutral office building. Opened by Queen Beatrix, and still one of Rotterdam’s most desirable workplaces.

27-year-old Coen van Oostrom founds our company, which back then was known as OVG Real Estate —prioritising customers (tenants) and their needs over seeing development as plots of land.
