Edge bolsters UK team with appointment of Max Morris as Investment Director

New hire to drive London investment opportunities and expand sustainable office portfolio.

Pan-European investment manager and developer Edge today announces the appointment of Max Morris as Investment Director, further strengthening the
company's investment capabilities in the London market.

Morris brings significant experience in real estate capital markets and office transactions. His expertise and track record align with Edge’s growth strategy in London and across Europe.

Prior to joining Edge, Morris was Senior Vice President at Eastdil Secured, where he spent nine years focusing on the London office market. During this time, he was directly involved in transactions worth more than £10 billion. His expertise spans equity and debt markets, including large-scale property sales, joint venture recapitalisations, development funding and structured finance.
In his new role, Morris will focus on sourcing and executing investment opportunities in the London market. He will work closely with Edge’s existing investment team to expand and diversify the company’s portfolio of sustainable office developments, supporting its long-term strategy in the capital.

Morris’ appointment is the latest in a series of senior hires that reflect Edge’s growing commitment to the UK market. Earlier this year, the company named Cecile Babcock as Head of Distribution and Alex Kerr as Senior Commercial Manager, both based in the UK. Together, these additions underline Edge’s strategy to build a strong local team to deliver its pipeline of sustainable office developments in London.
