Edge appoints Cecile Babcock as Head of Distribution

European real estate developer and asset manager Edge today announces the appointment of Cecile Babcock as Head of Distribution, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to attracting investment on a global scale. With over 13 years of experience in real estate investment, debt capital markets and corporate strategy, her expertise and sector-specialist market expertise match perfectly with Edge’s ambitions. 

Prior to her role at Edge, Babcock was at Cromwell Property Group where she was a key member of the European executive team as Head of Distribution. Previous to this,she co-headed business development at Long Harbour, a London-based investment firm. There, she was responsible for fundraising efforts including for long income geographic expansion strategies and forging partnerships with local operators.

As Head of Distribution at Edge, Babcock will be pivotal for raising capital across all markets, working directly with the headquarters and country teams to develop vehicles centred on urban regeneration and the sustainable office market, aligning with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
