Edge and VORM welcome three new office tenants at The Pulse of Amsterdam

Edge and VORM are proud to announce that ONE-Dyas has secured approximately 2,300 m² on the 18th and 19th floors and S4 Energy approximately 560 m² on the 10th floor in The Pulse of Amsterdam. Additionally, Co-Office is expanding with an extra 570 m² on the 22nd floor, on top of the previously leased 2,300 m². The new leases highlight the building’s ongoing appeal as a high-quality destination for leading companies.

For Edge and VORM, these tenants additional align with their ambition to create buildings where people connect and where buildings provide support and offer an environment in which organizations and teams can perform at their best.

The mixed-use complex has been completed and transferred to Union Investments open-ended real estate fund UniImmo: Deutschland. As one of the newest and most innovative mixed-use buildings in the Zuidas district, The Pulse of Amsterdam consists of two towers: one office tower and one residential tower, connected by a public plinth offering an opportunity for all building users to meet and relax.
