About The Pulse of Amsterdam
The mixed-use complex has been completed and transferred to Union Investments open-ended real estate fund UniImmo: Deutschland. Nestled between the towers, at a height of 35 meters on the ninth floor, a spectacular urban forest of approximately 600 sqm will provide a green oasis for relaxation for the office tenants and contribute to the biodiversity of the neighbourhood.
The building recently achieved WELL Core Platinum certification and a BREEAM Outstanding certification for the New Construction and Renovation Design phase, with a score of 88.37%.
