Bringing Next Senses advanced software and TPEXs comprehensive building management services together will play a crucial role in supporting Edges mission to bring down the operational carbon emissions of our buildings.

For TPEX, the investment from Edge represents a significant step towards realizing its vision of becoming a leader in the evolution of autonomous buildings. TPEX’s digital-twin technology and services extend beyond Edge’s portfolio, supporting clients across various sectors, including commercial offices, logistics, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality.

Our mission is to make a substantial impact by managing at least one thousand high performance buildings by 2030, said Robert Rosier, Founder & CEO at TPEX International .

We provide the technology, monitoring all aspects of buildings operations to deliver high performance buildings through continuous innovation and rigorous performance monitoring and management.

As Edge plans to retain control in the quality of its delivered projects’ energy consumption, the integration of TPEX and Next Sense is a strategic decision.
