Green Business Club Zuidas CEO Breakfast at The Pulse of Amsterdam

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) hosted the Green Business Club Zuidas CEO Breakfast at its new office in The Pulse of Amsterdam.

The key takeaway from our Executive Development Director, Constantijn Berning, was clear: "Grid connection problems are a structural problem; they are no longer isolated incidents."

He emphasised that solving grid congestion problems would require more than only expanding infrastructure. Energy storage, smarter buildings, and collaboration between neighbouring assets were identified as critical to making better use of existing capacity.

The discussion explored what it would take to keep Zuidas resilient, competitive, and future-ready, alongside Melanie van der Horst and Paul Riemens.
