Valley represents a turning point in the development of Zuidas in Amsterdam on several levels.

The mixed-use development integrates diverse functions - residences, businesses, restaurants, shops, and cultural facilities, all in one - ensuring vitality beyond office hours. The complex seamlessly blends with public areas through continuous green landscaping, creating an inviting natural environment from street level throughout the building’s terraces. This varied landscape features diverse plants, open views, and secluded spots, with a colour composition inspired by mountain views. Wooden seating areas and multi-stem trees punctuate the space, offering a unique urban oasis.


The building succesfully combines the latest trends and insights in terms of sustainability, technology and health.

The latest generation of smart technologies will be integrated into the office areas of Valley, including IP-based Building Automation Systems and various sensors linked to monitoring actual use. This provides accurate occupation data to adapt lighting, cleaning, energy and installation maintenance to actual use. A healthy and comfortable working and living environment is becoming increasingly important.
