The project features a 3,000 sq m lush inner courtyard, a serene oasis for relaxation and collaboration, and 36,000 sq m of new workspace designed to be a hub of productivity and creativity. Committed to carbon neutrality, EDGE Friedrichspark operates on a 100% green energy concept with an innovative ice storage system, heat pumps, and over 2,000 sq m of solar panels. The aim: WELL Core & Shell Platinum and DGNB Core & Shell Platinum certifications, with pre-certifications already achieved as a first major milestone.

The project consists of three buildings with various components and social amenities, creating a campus-like environment enriched with natural elements and generous outdoor spaces. With its outdoor sports park and the expansive green courtyard located between Warschauer Straße, the iconic Berghain and Ostbahnhof, EDGE Friedrichspark seamlessly brings nature into the urban fabric.
For moments of downtime, users can unwind in the 3,000 sq m landscaped courtyard, enjoy the communal 85 sq m rooftop terrace overlooking the inner garden, get active at the calisthenics sports park, indulge in culinary offerings at the on-site restaurants, or relax among the greenery with hammocks and an outdoor meeting pergola.
Communal areas with a high quality coffee bar and a versatile shared conference center further enhance the experience, all easily accessible through the spacious central atrium.
