Fellenoord 15

Fellenoord 15 is a refurbishment in the heart of Eindhoven. The building will be recognizable for the city, but also completely modernized, with attention for the history of the location. Changing the building from a ‘fortress’ (the building formerly housed a bank) into a building with an open character that interacts with its environment through a partially public area. Fellenoord 15 will be a smart workplace with grand open floors and highly sustainable through solar panels and an energy efficient thermal energy storage.
