At the heart of Edge is a profound commitment to environmental stewardship. Sustainably preserving its original architectural elements from over 20 years ago, EDGE Stadium’s office space has now been expanded by approximately 50%. The wings toward the atrium have also been extended, along with the creation of a glass façade that surrounds the original copper ‘heart’ structure of the building, adding a total of around 10,000 sq m to the existing floor area of 19,000 sq m. Now proudly covering the expanse of 29,000 sq m after reusing its original building materials, EDGE Stadium has successfully achieved the highest standards of a green office with both WELL Platinum and BREEAM Excellent certifications.

The redevelopment involves open spaces in the expansive atrium, incorporating a biophilic design and a roof terrace. This versatile atrium seamlessly transforms from a vibrant flexible workspace during the day to an electrifying event hub in the evenings and weekends, hosting various activities from workout sessions to orchestral nights. The design of the building also naturally encourages tenants and users to meet, connect, and move around the building through the large floor plates and attractive staircases.
