Located directly next to the central station and easily accessible by car, EDGE Eindhoven is situated at the vibrant epicentre of the city of light. It is close to the TUe, Strijp S, and the Fellenoord office location. Eindhoven Airport is also close by, where buses will take you from the train station to the airport in 20 minutes.

Need to go for a walk or take in a scenic view? No problem. Within walking distance, you can find the meandering Dommel River and the city square with all its great pubs and cafes. EDGE Eindhoven is sure to bring you both comfort and convenience.

EDGE Eindhoven sets an astounding precedent for conscious design.

The building is comprised of a residential and an office tower with a fantastic roof terrace overlooking the charming city centre. Partnering with MVSA and ZUS, the project consists of 175 apartments and 25,000 m2 of lettable floor area office space. The office also features 10 floors, varying from 664 m² to 2,741 m² to accommodate users of all needs.

Where railways, motorways, cycle paths and footpaths intersect and flows of people meet, EDGE Eindhoven becomes an important part of the local ecology, centered around the Dommel River. EDGE Eindhoven is tailored to be a defining feature of the city, an unforgettable architectural marvel.
