ServiceNow takes 50,449 sq. ft at EDGE London Bridge as first occupier in Edge's first flagship UK development

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the AI control tower for business reinvention, has signed an agreement to lease 50,449 sq. ft at EDGE London Bridge. The scheme, a 260,000 sq. ft next generation office development in London’s Southwark, is delivered by Edge, the European real estate developer, investor and asset manager.

ServiceNow is the first occupier to commit to the scheme. The deal marks a major step forward for the 26-storey development, which is scheduled to complete in Q3 2026. The building’s strong sustainability credentials, smart technology and flexible workspace support ServiceNow’s continued focus on innovation. The deal also reflects the sustained demand for modern, environmentally responsible offices in central London.

Designed by Pilbrow + Partners and delivered by Mace, EDGE London Bridge sits adjacent to London Bridge Station and has been designed to set new standards in health, wellbeing and environmental performance. The development includes a new public park at ground level, planted balconies, natural ventilation and generous glazing to maximise natural light. It is on track to become London's first multi-tenant building to achieve both BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certification.

EDGE London Bridge is Edge's first London project and forms part of the company’s strategy to create and operate sustainable and future focused workplaces across Europe. Its additional London developments, EDGE Liverpool Street and EDGE Shaftesbury, extends this commitment with a combined pipeline of over 1,000,000 sq. ft of premium office space in prime central London locations.

Fons van Dorst, Executive Managing Director UK at Edge, said:

Securing the first tenant for EDGE London Bridge is an important moment for our first asset in the UK. The ambition has always been to deliver one of Londons most sustainable and forward-looking office buildings. This milestone confirms that the office market supports our vision. ServiceNow is a leader in its sector that reflects our values, and we look forward to welcoming them.
