We came to Cannes with a strong delegation and we left with conviction.

Despite a turbulent geopolitical backdrop, the mood across MIPIM was one of cautious optimism. For us, the signal was clear: investor appetite for best-in-class, brown-to-green office value-add strategies is strong, across the Netherlands, UK, Germany and France, as well as core European markets we are actively exploring.

The question of AI's long-term impact on office demand remains open, but the market is answering it in part: there is a decisive bifurcation toward premium, sustainable office product. Exactly what Edge is bringing to the market. Limited new supply is only reinforcing this trend.

In Germany, structural demand for Build-to-Rent continues to attract a growing pool of capital seeking quality opportunities.
