In practice, this means there is a stronger sense of connection between the floors, with more natural light and regular access to external space throughout the working day. Openable windows and mixed-mode ventilation also support better air quality.

For the end user, this creates a more balanced workplace. There are options to step away from the desk, meet informally, or work in a different setting without leaving the building. It supports a range of working styles while making the space feel more open, connected, and comfortable to use day to day.
These features form part of the wider wellbeing and sustainability approach, aligned with the building’s target for WELL Platinum certification.
