Iconic Valley development’s retail space fully leased

After successfully delivering Valley to RJB Group of Companies in 2021, Edge announces the complete leasing of the mixed-use development’s retail space, accounting for approximatively 2,800 square meters. With new establishments such as De Pizzabakkers, Ferilli’s, and Nela, Valley warmly welcomes exciting restaurants to its already diverse offering. The entire office space and all 200 apartments have been leased.
New restaurants in Zuidas
Six restaurants have signed and plan to move into Valley before the summer of 2022. These include De Pizzabakkers, which opened in February 2022, Ferilli’s, Yuan’s Hot Pot, Cora Delicatessen and Nela. All restaurants are already established in Amsterdam, with the exception of Nela.
Nela restaurant is an initiative by international renowned chefs Hari Shetty and Ori Geller. Shetty and Geller joined forces with innovative entrepreneur Gilad Hayeem to bring their shared vision and creativity to life. Nela, which means pure, celebrates the union of live fire cooking with high quality and carefully selected ingredients. The pureness is also reflected in the carefully hand-crafted design and materials as well as in the connection between people, culture & traditions. This makes Nela a perfect hospitality concept for Valley, the iconic building with the ‘hanging’ gardens in the Zuidas district.
Lastly, design service company, Co van der Horst, will open a high-end flagship store in collaboration with leading Italian design brand, Molteni&C on the ground floor, including a special space on the 26th and 27th floor of Valley. Located on the highest floors of the building, the flagship store will also offer an exclusive restaurant and bar, ‘GREEN Gastrobar,’ hosted by Peter Lute, and boasting one of the most staggering views of the city.
