Edge welcomes new tenant AD to EDGE Coolsingel

Edge is proud to announce that AD (part of DPG Media), one of the largest news media in the Netherlands with a national newspaper and a strong media platform, will be moving into EDGE Coolsingel. The company will lease approximately 3,400 m², across two floors, including a spacious rooftop terrace.

With this move, DPG Media and Edge highlight their shared ambition to create a healthy, inspiring and future-proof working environment, in the heart of Rotterdam — a city where social engagement, journalism and progress have come together for decades. The location perfectly aligns with the identity of AD, which, through its newspapers and media platforms, is deeply embedded in the daily lives of many Rotterdammers.

In this transaction, Edge was advised by Made Real Estate and CBRE, with legal counsel provided by Houthoff. AD was advised by Mariëtte van der Hoeven from RentReview and legally represented by Loyens & Loeff.

EDGE Coolsingel, designed by Rotterdam-based architecture firm NUDUS, is located at Coolsingel 75, in the heart of Rotterdam, opposite the city hall and the former post office, and just a stone’s throw from Central Station. The building comprises a total of 21,500 m², spread over 11 floors, including 15,200 m² of office space, approximately 5,500 m² of co-working spaces, and 650 m² of hospitality. Part of the office space is already leased to EDGE Workspaces, Edge’s flexible office concept that offers modern workspaces and membership options to companies and professionals. EDGE Coolsingel is designed as a place where work and social interaction seamlessly come together.
