EDGE Shaftesbury: Secures planning consent

We’re excited to share that EDGE Shaftesbury, our third London project, has secured unanimous planning consent from Camden Council.
In collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate London Limited, we’re transforming this iconic West End site into 250,000 sq ft of next-generation, sustainable office space.
Designed with wellbeing, connectivity, and low-carbon principles at its core, EDGE Shaftesbury will retain 75% of the existing structure to significantly reduce embodied carbon, targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
Alongside exceptional workplaces, the project will deliver vibrant new public spaces, including Caxton Walk, a pedestrian link between New and Old Compton Streets.
EDGE Shaftesbury marks another step forward in our commitment to building the smart, sustainable workplaces of tomorrow, right at the heart of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
