Edge expands UK commercial team: Alex Kerr appointed as Senior Commercial Manager to enhance leasing activity

European real estate developer and asset manager, Edge, today announces the appointment of Alex Kerr as Senior Commercial Manager in the UK. Kerr brings with him a decade of experience in the Central London leasing market, having worked with major global REITs, developers and investors across the City, West End and Southbank. His expertise in advising on leasing and large scale pre-let developments will support Edge’s efforts to enhance its leasing strategy in the UK.

Kerr started his career at CBRE spending five years there before joining WeWork for two years, where he focused on acquisitions and agent partnerships across the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Edge, he returned to CBRE for another five years, advising investors, developers and occupiers on leasing strategies for commercial properties in Central London.

In his capacity as Senior Commercial Manager, Kerr will focus on leasing strategies across Edge’s existing assets and new developments in the UK. He will work closely with key stakeholders to secure tenants and ensure that Edge’s projects align with market demands.
