EDGE Eindhoven welcomes new tenant Deloitte

Leading audit and consulting firm Deloitte, current tenant at The Edge and De Maastoren, will rehouse its Eindhoven office to EDGE Eindhoven due for completion Q3 2026.

Edge announces that Deloitte will lease around 3.000 square meters on the sixth floor of EDGE Eindhoven. The new office fits with Deloitte's ambition for sustainable, healthy and high-quality accommodation for its employees within walking distance of public transport and Eindhoven city centre. After the Maastoren in Rotterdam and The Edge in Amsterdam, Deloitte and Edge underline their longstanding cooperation with this transaction. In this transaction, Edge has been advised by Verschuuren & Schreppers (commercial) and AKD (legal). Deloitte has been advised by CBRE.
