EDGE Coolsingel reaches highest point, important milestone in the heart of Rotterdam

With DPG Media and EDGE Workspaces as future users, the new office building in the center of Rotterdam is preparing for completion in September.

Edge, a European real estate developer and investment manager, has reached the highest point of EDGE Coolsingel together with Vries en Verburg, NUDUS, the Municipality of Rotterdam, and other partners. This marks the completion of the building’s structural phase. With the top floor now in place, the building is becoming increasingly visible in the heart of Rotterdam.

EDGE Coolsingel is located in one of the most central areas of Rotterdam, directly on the Coolsingel, the city’s main boulevard. The building is within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station, the Markthal, Beurs, and various retail and cultural amenities. As such, it sits at the heart of Rotterdam and offers a location for organizations that want to be visible and well-connected.

DPG Media, one of Europe’s largest independent media companies, has chosen EDGE Coolsingel as its new office location in Rotterdam. EDGE Workspaces, Edge’s flexible workspace concept, will also be part of the building, offering organizations of various sizes access to the same working environment. On schedule for completion in September
Reaching the highest point marks an important milestone in the construction process. In collaboration with Vries en Verburg, construction is progressing according to plan, with completion expected in September 2026. The coming period will focus on finishing and further interior development, bringing the building increasingly to life.
