Edge and VORM welcome Pinely as new office tenant of The Pulse of Amsterdam

The developer Edge and builder and developer VORM are proud to announce that Pinely (NXT Capital) will be establishing its new office in The Pulse of Amsterdam. The algorithmic trading firm will lease approximatively 3,500 m² on the fifth floor of the iconic sustainable building located in the Zuidas district.
Pinely is a globally operating trading firm specializing in High-Frequency Trading (HFT), leveraging proprietary technology and strategies. The company has deliberately chosen The Pulse of Amsterdam for its sustainable and healthy work environment, perfectly aligning with its future-oriented vision.
For this transaction, Edge and VORM have been advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Pinely has been advised by JLL.
The mixed-use complex has been completed and transferred to Union Investments open-ended real estate fund UniImmo: Deutschland last year. As one of the newest and most innovative mixed-use buildings in the Zuidas district, The Pulse of Amsterdam consists of two towers: one office tower and one residential tower, connected by a public plinth offering an opportunity for all building users to meet and relax. Nestled between the towers, at a height of 35 meters on the ninth floor, a spectacular urban forest of approximately 600 sqm will provide a green oasis for relaxation for the office tenants and contribute to the biodiversity of the neighbourhood.
The building recently achieved WELL Core Platinum certification and a BREEAM Outstanding certification for the New Construction and Renovation Design phase, with a score of 87.91%.
With the fifth floor now fully leased, all the office floors in the low-rise of The Pulse of Amsterdam are now fully occupied, whereas there is still office space available in the high-rise. For more information, please contact Edge or the brokerage team.
