The mixed-use complex has been completed and transferred to Union Investments open-ended real estate fund UniImmo: Deutschland last year. As one of the newest and most innovative mixed-use buildings in the Zuidas district, The Pulse of Amsterdam consists of two towers: one office tower and one residential tower, connected by a public plinth offering an opportunity for all building users to meet and relax.
