Edge and Primus Immobilien AG are building Rental Apartments in Berlin

Edge has announced the construction of the K21 residential development, comprising residential units, in the Schöneberg district. K21 is being developed as a joint venture with Primus Immobilien AG. Construction on the project is scheduled to begin in mid-2027.

Functional Residential Concept

Edge draws on its extensive, long-standing expertise in office development to help alleviate the housing shortage in Berlin. Given the high demand for housing, the focus is on creating sustainable residential options that meet current needs. The project is being developed in the well-connected, dynamic Schöneberg neighborhood and combines modern architecture, efficient floor plans, and scalable design solutions with resource-efficient construction methods and long-term value retention.
