Confidence in location and future: EY signs new lease agreement for Cross Towers

Cross Towers, a 23-story office building with approximately 29,500 m² of office space, is located in a prominent position on the Zuidas, where EY is one of the principal tenants. The building, designed by Foster + Partners, was acquired in 2024 by EDGE in collaboration with Dutch family offices.

Since the acquisition, Edge has been working on further improving the building’s sustainability and repositioning it, in line with its “brown-to-green” strategy. This includes a focus on creating a future-proof and healthy working environment and improving energy performance, with the shared ambition of making the building Paris Proof.

Onno Saes, Executive Director Transaction:

The extension of EY at Cross Towers is an important confirmation of confidence in both the location and our ambitions for the building. By continuing to invest in the quality and sustainability of Cross Towers, we are strengthening its position as a high-quality and future-proof workplace on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. We value our collaboration with EY and look forward to shaping the next phase together.

Patrick Gabriëls, CEO of EY in the Netherlands:

With the extension of our lease in Amsterdam, we are consciously choosing more than just a building. We are investing in a future-proof, tech-driven working environment. Here, we will work closely with clients on innovative solutions for tomorrow, including through the expansion of the existing physical AI lab. At the same time, we are creating a fantastic workplace where the well-being and development of our people are central. A place where they can be themselves and have the freedom to choose the work environment that suits what they need at any given moment. We thank Edge for their contribution and are pleased to be building our future together.
